It does. It's a delicate procedure, depending especially on what the surgery is on, and it's extremely invasive. I'm trained in using weaponry, and my work out on the field has resulted in several hand and arm injuries. I'd be terrible at surgery, as my hands aren't as steady, and would cause more harm than good.

[There's a pause.]

And I can't stand children. Decides, they require a... different sort of care.

[Another pause.]

And most of the people I work with don't live long enough to have children.
