Ah... Well, no.

[Jetfire shakes her head, brushing away the white hair and then rubs her chin thoughtfully.]

We cannot be said to bilogical sex at all, so any change into another - biological - species would be an imperfect transition, no matter how many, or few, variations of biological sex said species presented.

Perceptions are merely that, but it does make sense that you would find one sex or another as a more... probable result if you read me as a particular sex.

[Jetfire huffs and eyes the wall that her room shares with Starscream's.]

Your assumptions and finding it strange is to be expected due to cultural expectations and perceptions... Starscream, on the other hand, has no reason to find this strange.

[Another shake of her head as she looks away from the wall, as if she could stare at Starscream through the stone with all her incredulousness, and turns back to Jael.]

... I'm uncertain. If I'm going to venture outside, considering the weather, I assume so... Hm. How cold does it get in the barracks during night? While I would hope this has a reasonably short duration, it would be foolish to not prepare for at least a few days.
